I'm a Learning Experience Designer with 4+ years designing leadership development programs and scalable digital learning solutions for global audiences. At Development Dimensions International, I design multi-modal learning experiences — simulations, facilitator guides, video, and job aids — for leadership audiences worldwide, including pioneering a new AI-enabled microlearning format that lets facilitators adapt content live with learners in real time. Earlier, at Panda Restaurant Group, I produced instructional videos and managed learning content across LMS and CMS platforms to support employee onboarding and development. I hold a Master's in Educational Technology from Cal State LA.
My process
I start with the learner's problem, not the content. Before I open an authoring tool, I want to know: what's the performance gap, and what does success look like on the job? From there I map objectives, storyboard the experience, and build in Storyline, Rise, or AI-assisted formats — testing with real learners along the way, and designing for accessibility (Section 508, WCAG) from the start.

I'm always chasing the next tool or format — right now that's exploring how AI-generated, real-time scenarios can let facilitators adapt training live with learners, rather than locking everything into a fixed script.
